I've found Big Huge Labs Map Maker - it uses Google Maps maps to easy colorize countries on a map.

A map of countries I visited. It's not much but I hope to make it more colorful soon :)

It will be an interesting experience :) Though I think I'll need lots of help in such a foreign (and crowded) place as Tokyo - it has almost 3 times as many people as my whole country!
