Open1x xsupplicant FreeBSD port

Support for "wired" mode on FreeBSD based on my code that was hosted on this page has been included in Open1x version 1.2.1.

(Support for wireless 802.1x is included in FreeBSD 6.0+ as wpa_supplicant system.)
